Zoran is an experienced executive in the development field and organizational development consultant, with almost 25 years of experience in international and local re-granting programs and intermediary support organizations in Macedonia and South-Eastern Europe. Also, he possesses extensive experience in managing and providing research, facilitation, and training services on the field of institutional development, organizational sustainability, focusing on providing support for grant funding for its client as well as in philanthropy development and social entrepreneurship area. From March 2015, Zoran is the founder and CEO of a consultancy company ProEfekt Inovo focused on the provision of solutions for the organizational sustainability of developmental actors, especially in the project proposal writing for grants and implementation of the project activities for (non)profits, public institutions, companies, and social enterprises. From 2004 till 2015, Zoran was executive director of a local intermediary support organization for civil society support through implementing capacity building support and re-granting programs for civil society and community development in Macedonia (i.e. first phase of CIVICA Mobilitas program (2009-2014)providing a total of 125 grants to about 70 CSOs worth 3,5 million Euros). From 2012, Mr. Stojkovski was a lecturer on the first Regional Civil Society Development Master Studies on SEE University from Tetovo. Since 2008 He poses a Master’s certificate in Donor Development Practices from London Metropolitan University, UK, and at the moment completes a second Master in Human Resource Management on st.
