Fikrati

Project Overview:

“Fikrati” is a competition that aims to promote entrepreneurship among Emirati women. Emirati female university students will work individually or in teams to develop a business plan for a startup of their choice. The proposals will then be assessed individually by a panel of experts and the winner of the competition will be rewarded with financial and technical assistance. Winners will also receive mentorship and training to ensure their ideas are commercialized and implemented effectively.

Criteria:
There are a number of qualifying and evaluation criteria that proposals must take into consideration such as budget constraints, innovation, and feasibility. Assessment criteria will be announced shortly.

Partners
Abu Dhabi Global Shapers Hub will partner with key university institutes, government departments, corporate sponsors, and experienced leaders to launch and implement Fikrati.
