HadHiHai on Bullying at Workplace

Bullying doesn’t just happen on the school playground. Unfortunately, workplaces can have bullies too. Some people grow out of it, some people grow into it. Either way, workplace bullying persists throughout the world, damaging productivity, profit, and companies' real bottom-line: people. According to the Workplace Bullying Institute (WBI), more than 60 million working professionals are affected by bullying. Just because bullying is common, too common, doesn’t mean it’s normal. This is unacceptable behavior and should not be normalized.

The hub started a campaign to help working professionals learn about ways to identify workplace bullies, how workplace bullying can affect someone, and the safe actions one can take against bullying. The project aims to break down what workplace bullying actually is, what it looks like, and how one can deal with it. Because well-being comes first.
