The IK CMP is a mentorship program designed to assist 120 Grade 11 learners identify and harness their true potential. We want to explore a task orientated, group mentoring approach where a group of young professionals from different walks of life impart the knowledge and experience they have gained throughout their lives. It is also about young people taking control of their lives and striving to be the best they can be while learning from the experiences of their peers from diverse backgrounds. This model has worked well in Gauteng led by the Bokamoso group and we want to bring it to Durban in partnership with the Bokamoso team
