PACA, Recycle Toi!

In the framework of the Euro-Mediterranean project “MED-3R: Euro-Mediterranean Strategic Platform for a suitable waste management,” Nice Hub made the awareness campaign on the good practices of waste management and recycling via oral presentations and distributing specialized guides on the management of waste from the food: organic waste, glass, packaging, oils and fats at restaurants. The aim of the project was to give all the necessary information to improve the recovery of such wastes and their current management, and promote preventive action (avoiding waste) at restaurants. Around 150 restaurants were reached and a report of the feedback was sent to the Metropolis of Nice Cote d’Azur who provided the shapers with the materials, information and necessary guidelines.
