REFORLIFE: Rural Electrification

The project REFORLIFE aims to develop and build renewable energy projects focusing on rural electrification and increasing human development of people with incomes less than $2 ppp/day to $5 ppp/day. The project also aims to contribute to climate change mitigation, preserving local ecosystems and to re-invest in more clean energy projects that enable a self-sustainable model in the long term. They also expect to create a stable market that employs the poorest people of the community, which are usually immigrants from Peru, Colombia and Colombia.

Santiago Hub already has in-house expertise of running these type projects in a profitable and effective way. Hence, they expect to have a successful rural electrification project, in less than eight months.
