Universities for Climate

Many young people in Tirana are not aware of the Climate Change and they are not engaged to address it. Also, there exists lack of information among Albanian youth regarding the problems that our Planet is facing. That is why Global Shapers Tirana Hub is developing the project “Universities for Climate”.

The Tirana Hub members conduct presentations to students at several Universities in Tirana as the project is aimed at increasing awareness of University students regarding Climate Change. Throughout this project, during a 6-month period, the Hub plans to:

- Increase awareness of young people regarding Climate Change issues.

- Teach young people about the ways that they can live a more sustainable lifestyle.

- Create a network of young people who are interested in Climate Change Actions.
