Unleashing Creativity

This project focuses on undeserved communities in Dubai looking for support in targeted areas through educational workshops (i.e.: support in finding a new job for blue-collar workers, educational activities for children). For now, undeserved communities include blue-collar workers who have been let go due to COVID-19 and children from the Dubai Foundation for Women and Children (DFWC). 

Proposed solution to support these groups include:

1) Organize a creative thinking workshop with several activities for children to think more innovatively, which included partnering with Growing Leaders Foundation who visited DFWC, to understand which activities would work best for the targeted children group, developing list of activities for the creative thinking workshop, buying related supplies, leading and hosting the workshop 

2) Host an interview skills workshop for blue-collar workers, followed by 1-1 interview practice with select Shapers, which is still in planning stage
