VOICES

Women in public speaking need to be more visible so that they can inspire the next.

This project by the Global Shapers Cambridge and Dublin Hubs sets out to enable women to have access to equal opportunities and are equally represented on conference panels, committees, and stages at local and international events. To achieve this, Voices organizes monthly online trainings on professional soft skill development and curate a LinkedIn community where early career women can access opportunities, share best practices and support each other.

Progess to date:

• 8 Shapers from the Dublin and Cambridge hubs are contributing to this project;


• More than 200+ women who attended our training webinars;


• The project has reached more than 100 followers on LinkedIn.
