A Davos Debates Winner 1 Year Later

4318514116_bbc3549684Last year Julia Lalla-Maharajh won the Davos Debates, highlighting the need for something to be done urgently to end female genital cutting. This year, she is in Dakar, Senegal, with a local NGO which has worked with more than 4,800 communities to declare an end to FGC. This has given Julia enormous hope.
