New Mobile Apps for World Economic Forum’s Annual Meeting in Davos
This year at the Annual Meeting, the World Economic Forum is for the first time launching a public mobile app. The free app, which is available in the iTunes and Android app stores, will provide users with access to all the public content from the Annual Meeting held in Davos-Klosters from 26-30 January 2011. This includes photos, videos, reports and session summaries. Users can also follow news and tweets from the Forum as they happen and find out more about the co-chairs and speakers of the meeting. The app will be updated throughout the year to have the latest information about all of the Forum’s big events and launches.
To download these apps, visit http://wef.ch/apps or search for World Economic Forum in the app store on your smart phone.
The Forum is also launching a private app for its participants, which requires a Forum log in. It is being offered as part of the Forum’s continuing dedication to reducing the amount of paper it uses at its Meetings and will help its participants to contribute towards a Greener Davos.
