Aloysius heads a group of public policy practitioners across the region, helping clients solve complex challenges, navigate uncertainty, and respond to rapid change.

His expertise spans independent reviews, financial management assessments, regulatory impact analysis, and thematic reviews that inform policy and system reform. A former Government and Public Sector leader and risk advisory partner, Aloysius has supported agencies across civil government, justice, health, transport, and infrastructure, focusing on programme governance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
