Partnering with forward-thinking employers and financial institutions, Addition Wealth provides an AI-powered financial wellness platform that delivers individualized guidance and recommendations to help employees improve their financial situations and navigate important life moments with confidence.

Ana built her career at the intersection of consumer finance, technology, and product innovation. She worked in both the private sector and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) before joining Uber, where she held leadership roles across the Rides and Eats businesses.

She is passionate about consumer finance, technology, and building diverse teams. Ana is a member of the World Economic Forum’s Global Future Council on Financial Education and has been recognized as Female Founder of the Year by UBS, a Rising Star in FinTech by FT Partners, and one of NYC Women in FinTech’s Most Inspiring Female Founders.

Ana holds a bachelor’s degree from Brown University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
