Andrew Caruana Galizia is the Head of Europe and Eurasia at the World Economic Forum. He joined the Forum in 2018 as a Global Leadership Fellow, leading work on geopolitics, South Asia and the Asia Pacific before joining the Europe team as its Deputy Head in 2021. He previously served as a career diplomat from 2012 to 2017 with postings as deputy head of mission in Berlin and deputy high commissioner in New Delhi, and as an advisor at the European Parliament. He is a co-founder of the Daphne Caruana Galizia Foundation and a recipient with his brothers of a Magnitsky Human Rights Award and an Anderson-Lucas-Norman Award. He holds an MA with distinction from the College of Europe in Bruges.
