Dr. Busch's research focuses on innovation, entrepreneurship, social impact, and social networks, and he teaches several postgraduate and Executive MBA courses at the LSE. He works with multinational companies, social enterprises, and start-ups on sustainable business model innovation, and is a co-founder of Leaders on Purpose. He was co-founder of Sandbox Network (now: Thousand Network). Dr. Busch previously worked in business in China, Kenya, South Africa, Mexico, Russia, Germany, and the US, and has served as Impact Advisor at the National Entrepreneurs Association, on Ashoka's Selection Panel, on the Jury of the African Entrepreneurship Award. In 2016, he was nominated as member of the World Economic Forum’s 'Expert Forum'.
