Emma Russell is Reader in Occupational & Organizational Psychology at the University of Sussex. She is Deputy Director at the ESRC Centre for Digital Futures at Work and Director of agiLab. Emma’s research focuses on problematic use of digital work communications, and how decent connectivity can enhance worker well-being and performance.
