Felicity gained her PhD in 2010 from the University of Warwick Sociology Department on an ESRC award, having completed her Masters in Research (with a specialism in health) in 2007. She then took up a Research Fellow post at Warwick Medical School and was awarded a Mildred Blaxter Post-Doctoral Fellowship. Currently, Felicity is conducting research on the social and ethical implications of genetic screening (using Spinal Muscular Atrophy as an example) on an ESRC Future Research Leaders Award.
