Feng Zhang

Core Member, Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard

Feng Zhang is a core member of the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard, as well as an investigator at the McGovern Institute for Brain Research at MIT and an assistant professor at MIT with a joint appointment in the Departments of Brain and Cognitive Sciences and Biological Engineering. He is most well known for playing a central role in the development and maturation of optogenetics and CRISPR technologies.
