With over 15 years of experience fostering financial and digital inclusion in the region, she currently serves as a Board Member for Vision Fund Mexico.

Throughout her career, she has collaborated with prestigious entities such as the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), INCAE Business School, the Consultative Group to Assist the Poor (CGAP), and the International Finance Corporation (IFC) — both integral members of the World Bank Group.

Her experience and expertise have made her an international speaker and TEDx speaker. In 2012 Gabriela was elected as a member of the Global Shapers Community, a chapter of the World Economic Forum, that encloses leaders with exceptional potential, achievements, and drive to contribute to their communities. She is now part of the Global Shapers Alumni Community.
