Heather Domin

Dr. Heather Domin is Vice President and Head of Office of Responsible AI and Governance at HCLTech where she spearheads centralized functions for responsible AI and governance. Prior to her role at HCLTech, she was Global Leader of Responsible AI Initiatives at IBM. She serves as co-chair of the IAPP advisory board for the AI Governance Professional (AIGP) certification exam development board. She has also served as a World Economic Forum Fellow, Associate Director of the Notre Dame - IBM Tech Ethics Lab, and has contributed to numerous other industry working groups and alliances.

Dr. Domin holds a Ph.D. in Business Analytics and Data Science and has professional certifications in AI Governance and multiple project management methodologies. Her work has been instrumental in developing and executing foundational practices in responsible AI and governance around the world. Recognized as one of the top 100 Brilliant Women in AI EthicsTM 2025, she has been featured in executive education created by Stanford University, and in media outlets including CNBC, AI Today, Management Today, Computer Weekly, AI Journal, and the California Management Review.
