James Mazurek leads Accenture’s Americas Utilities Strategy team, advising and partnering with the senior leadership teams of North American electric & gas utilities on the business, policy and technology dimensions of driving growth and charting the next horizon of the utilities industry.
Most recently, James served as the Executive Sponsor for Accenture's Clean Infrastructure Hub that is orchestrating the historic US Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act stimulus funding and has secured over $2 billion of US federal funding for our clients.
James led the Energy and Environment committee for Illinois Governor J.B. Pritkzer’s transition team, and prior to Accenture was a leader in the asset performance team at Sargent & Lundy.
He began his career in the US Army as a Combat Engineering officer and has a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and a Master's in Business Administration from Northwestern University.
