How lessons from gender equality in the Nordics can be applied to racial equality
The valuable lessons learnt from work on gender equality in the Nordic countries can be leveraged to help leapfrog progress on racial equality.

Javad has been widely recognized for his work, as Norway’s top leadership talents under age 35 in 2017, 2018 and 2019, European “Coca Cola Hero of the Year Highly Commended” recognition for his on Diversity and Inclusion, and received “Pride of Performance” award handed out by the Norwegian PM. Javad’s expertise include (social) entrepreneurship, impact investing, emerging markets, innovation ecosystems, technology, education for all, and diversity.
