Jessica Finn is a Client Partner and Industry Lead for Australian Government and Health at Cognizant, where she leads major digital transformation programs and oversees multidisciplinary teams focused on improving public sector and healthcare outcomes.

She brings deep experience from nine years at PwC, where she delivered large-scale technology and business transformation initiatives. Jessica is a member of Cognizant Australia’s Executive Leadership Team, the first woman to lead an industry portfolio, and serves as the Executive Sponsor for Women Empowered at Cognizant, championing gender equity and inclusive leadership.

She is also an active member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds a Bachelor of Cultural Studies and a Master of Management from the University of Melbourne.
