Jovan Jovanovic is the Curator of the Global Shapers Salzburg Hub and co-founder of Nova Mundi, an AI-driven process-automation company. Originally from Serbia, he relocated to Austria over 12 years ago and holds academic background in Law and national certificates in Investment Advisory. Jovan’s career began in finance and investment - leading the Salzburg branch of ERGO, advising on real-estate and private-equity investments at Astoria Real Estate and Nordlys Wealth - and evolved into assurance. During his engagement in core Assurance at PwC Austria, he audited the country’s largest lifting-solutions company.

At Nova Mundi, he leads the development of adaptive AI agents that automate administrative processes, freeing professionals to focus on strategic analysis and creative problem solving. His mission is to empower professionals by freeing them from manual repetitive tasks - so they can focus on strategic thinking and innovation.
