Kathleen O’Reilly leads Deal Structuring and Pricing worldwide for Accenture, redefining how the firm structures, prices, and manages client value creation in a rapidly evolving market. She is driving a global agenda central to how Accenture creates value for its clients and business—reimagining deal structures, pricing strategies, and commercial models in time defined by continuous business reinvention, AI-driven disruption and shifting market forces. A recognized leader in business transformation, Kathleen brings broad leadership experience across industries, market, and service lines and her deep expertise in corporate and growth strategy, commercial structures, and driving organizational change to this role. She reports to Accenture’s Chief Operating Officer and serves on the company’s Operations Council and its Assets and Solutions Board.

Prior to this role, Kathleen was Accenture’s Global Chair of its Communications, Media & Technology (CMT) Industry Practices, where she guided the business through a period of profound disruption and reinvention. Under her leadership, the CMT practices diversified into new sectors, services, and markets—positioning the business for long-term growth as an integral player the future of these industries. Appointed to Accenture’s Global Management Committee in 2020, Kathleen previously led Accenture Strategy helping clients identify and seize new growth opportunities, apply emerging technologies, and execute large-scale reinvention. In prior roles, Kathleen served as Chief Operating and Strategy Officer of Accenture’s North America business, led its Northeast market unit, and led CMT Strategy and Consulting globally.

Kathleen oversees Accenture’s engagement with the World Economic Forum, shaping global discussions in areas such as industry transformation, the digital economy, data and AI, and sustainability. She sits on the Board of Uplink. Kathleen also serves as a Vice Chair of the Board at TM Forum, a leading global industry association driving digital transformation in the communications and technology sectors.

Kathleen holds a degree from Princeton University and was a Carnegie Fellow at Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government. Passionate about innovation and social impact, she actively supports initiatives focused on youth, education, diversity and sustainability.
