Keith Svendsen has been the chief executive officer of APM Terminals since 2022. Before this role, he has held several leadership positions in Denmark, Italy, the United Kingdom, Turkey, China and the Netherlands.
Most recently, he was chief operating officer in APM Terminals (2017 – 2022), leading the transformation to become the best terminal operator, and head of operational execution for Maersk Line (2012 – 2017). Svendsen joined A.P. Moller-Maersk as a sea-going cadet to become a master mariner.
