Kelsey Kennedy is an intern at Quartz. She's currently a graduate student in New York University's Science, Health and Environmental Reporting Program and has a bachelor's degree in economics from Oregon State University. Before grad school, she sold aircraft parts and lived on a tree farm in Oregon.
