Leandro Loss

Lead, Knowledge Communities, Global Future Councils, World Economic Forum

I currently lead the Network of the Global Future Councils at the World Economic Forum, a premier multistakeholder insight network focused on understanding frontier topics and global challenges. Previously, I served as a Knowledge Management Specialist at the Green Climate Fund, where I achieved several milestones, including the development of a Knowledge Management Strategy, taxonomy enhancement, and AI-driven analysis of climate technologies.

Before that, as the Chief Knowledge Officer at 7D Analytics, I initiated innovative knowledge sharing and learning strategies, resulting in increased productivity and market growth. I also worked as a Senior Manager at EY, where I led the Knowledge, Methods, and Tools Group, driving significant improvements in project performance and cross-country knowledge exchange.

During an 18-month post-doctorate in France, I conducted research on Innovation and New Trends of Vertical Analysis Services and developed the business model for the MIDAS project while facilitating knowledge sharing among project partners.

My academic background includes a PhD on Organizational Learning and Knowledge Management applied to strategic partnerships, internships at the Jozef Stefan Institute in Slovenia and involvement in European-funded projects like ECOLEAD, MyFashion.eu, and DAMASCOS.

Additionally, I've taught Knowledge Management and Innovation to MBA students in Brazil and served on the Board of Directors of the Brazilian Society of Knowledge Management, where I oversaw the evolution of the SBGC KM reference model.
