Lorëz Qehaja is a Data Operations Specialist at the World Economic Forum, working at UpLink, the Forum’s early-stage innovation engine. Her work focuses on building data systems and analytical approaches that turn complex information into actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making. She also works on integrating AI and emerging technologies into data and operational processes. Prior to joining the Forum, Lorëz worked at the World Bank on global economic research and analysis and has experience across data analytics, research and technology. She holds a master’s degree in Economics from Vanderbilt University.
