Lynn is the Founder and Director of Wasel for Awareness & Education in Jordan, a dedicated organization that focuses on community empowerment across three key sectors: economic, social, and political. Additionally, Lynn serves as the Founder and CEO of Mehnaty Portal, an educational platform designed to assist youth in understanding the evolving job market and planning their career paths accordingly.

Commencing her professional journey in the insurance and financial services sector within various Fortune 500 companies, Lynn made a deliberate transition to social development. Her conviction stems from the belief that talent is universal, yet opportunities are not, and she aspired to instigate positive change in her beloved country. Recognizing opportunities for improvement in every facet, Lynn aimed to leverage her private sector experience to effect change on the ground in local communities, leading and empowering them through transformational initiatives.

Lynn's commitment to community development extends beyond hands-on work, as she complements her ground-level efforts with OPED writings in both Arabic and English published in various newspapers. These articles delve into political and economic issues in Jordan, offering perspectives on structural solutions. Lynn's exceptional dedication and contributions earned her the prestigious Goolsby Leadership Academy Jacqualyn A. Fouse Community Service Award at the University of Texas at Arlington.

Acknowledged for her outstanding commitment to peace and advocacy, Lynn holds the title of Enterprise for Peace Scholar by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs. She is also recognized as an Ambassador at One Young World and a Peace Ambassador by Global Peace Chain. Lynn serves as a Board of Trustees member at the Jordanian Economic Forum and is actively engaged in the United Nations Global Compact-Jordan office as a Board member. Her passion for early education is prevalent through her role as a Board member at Haya Cultural Center.

Furthermore, Lynn sits on the IGNI+E Program Advisory Committee at WUSC, emphasizing her involvement and commitment to issues of politics and economics, particularly within the MENA region. Lynn is a proud graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington, holding an MBA. Complementing her academic achievements, she successfully completed the Leadership, Organizing & Action- Leading Change program at Harvard University. Lynn's multifaceted roles and diverse engagements reflect her dedication to fostering positive change and sustainable development in her community and beyond.
