Madhu Gaganam is a globally recognized technology leader and architect with over 25 years of experience driving innovation in manufacturing, edge computing, and artificial intelligence. As the Founder and CEO of CogniEdge.AI, he is at the forefront of Industry 5.0, revolutionizing the industrial landscape by bridging the gap between human ingenuity and machine intelligence. His work focuses on "Physical AI"—the integration of edge-driven robotics, bio-inspired swarm planning, and neuroadaptive systems to create safer, more efficient, and deeply collaborative human-robot environments.

Prior to founding CogniEdge.AI in 2025, Madhu served as a Technical Staff and Engineering Technologist at Dell Technologies, where he spearheaded manufacturing technology strategies and applied research in Edge AI and Agentic AI. His career encompasses diverse high-impact roles including Enterprise Architect, Principal Consultant, and Director of Management Consulting at industry giants such as Rockwell Automation, Gartner, and Tech Mahindra.

His architectural expertise has delivered transformative results for Fortune 500 companies, including generating $57M in savings through smart operations optimization and architecting global manufacturing edge platforms. He is the creator of the CEDR framework, a proprietary approach to orchestrating multi-agent robotics and collaborative sensing, positioning him as a key thought leader in the shift toward autonomous, decentralized industrial systems.
