Miguel A. Rozo is a policy and partnerships leader at the nexus of geopolitics, impact, and cross-sector collaboration - with experience across the World Bank (Global Environment Facility) and the Canadian government (Global Affairs Canada). He co-led the WEF's Davos Lab post-pandemic recovery campaign - reaching over two million people worldwide and built C-suite partnerships that turned insight into measurable outcomes. A Harvard Kennedy School MPA with MIT training in AI and cybersecurity, he brings Global North–South fluency to complex domestic and international issues. He is currently an advisor at Cambridge-based Quantum Alliance, advancing responsible frontier-tech innovation across global markets.
