Mirielle Eaton is a Lead on the Knowledge Communities team at the World Economic Forum, where she is responsible for global university engagement across the organization. Since joining the Forum in 2022, she has led efforts to integrate leading academic expertise into the work of the Forum’s 11 thematic Centres and other core teams, ensuring that its initiatives are informed by data-driven analysis, evidence-based research, and rigorous academic insight. Her role sits at the intersection of academia, policy, and practice, strengthening the Forum’s capacity to translate frontier research into global impact.
In this capacity, she curates and leads the Global University Leaders Forum (GULF), a community of presidents and vice-chancellors from the world’s top universities, and oversees the Forum’s institutional relationships with leading global academic partners. She brings a background in social entrepreneurship and executive education, and has lived and worked across five continents. She holds a Master’s degree in International Affairs and International Security from Sciences Po Paris, and a Master’s degree in Learning Design, Innovation and Technology from Harvard University, with a focus on higher education and adult learning.
