Biography: Dr Mohamed Maait serves as an Executive Director at the International Monetary Fund (IMF) since November 2024. Previously, he served as the Minister of Finance of Egypt until July 2024. Throughout his 41-year career, he has held numerous senior positions, including Vice Minister of Finance for Public Treasury Affairs and Head of the Economic Justice Unit.
