Pauline Van Ostaeyen

Co-Founder, Dockflow

I am a Forbes 30 Under 30 entrepreneur, recognized by the World Economic Forum as a Top Innovator for my work in transforming maritime logistics. As Co-Founder of Dockflow, we've pioneered the world’s first Logistics Enablement Platform, empowering freight forwarding teams to streamline operations, minimize costs, and provide better service for global shippers.

My fascination with efficient supply chains started early in my career, working hands-on in freight forwarding, sales, and customer support roles. Along the way, I also served on HubSpot’s Customer Advisory Board, collaborating on product strategy and user-centric design for high-growth SaaS. Before launching Dockflow, I led a fifty-person team at AIESEC—becoming the organization’s youngest local chapter president at my university—where I drove a 120% increase in global exchange placements.
