Reese Wong is a social entrepreneur, policy advisor and ecosystem-builder working at the intersection of emerging technology, innovation and public impact.
He is a World Economic Forum Global Shaper, Future26 Fellow and previously served as the one of youngest Curators (London II Hub). In 2019, Reese founded ISSIA, which became Hong Kong’s largest youth-led nonprofit, mobilising 500+ volunteers across 80 schools and launching 30+ initiatives aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals. The organisation was recognised by the United Nations and Nasdaq.
His work spans AI policy, innovation ecosystems and public sector transformation. Reese has contributed to emerging technology and strategy initiatives across the U.S. Department of State, the UK Department for Science, Innovation and Technology, UK Parliament and the UK Health Security Agency, and currently works in Strategy and Consulting at Accenture.
Alongside his professional work, Reese builds communities and platforms designed to expand ambition, agency and opportunity for the next generation. He is the founder of the Potentia Fellowship and Ripple Social Club, and serves as Managing Director of Young Professionals in Foreign Policy (YPFP) London.
Reese is a 2024 Diana Award recipient, Aspen UK Rising Leaders Fellow, and international speaker who has delivered 100+ talks across universities, conferences and global forums on technology, entrepreneurship and social impact.
He studied International Relations at the London School of Economics (LSE).
