Reinout De Bock covers global financial markets from London and also contributes to the IMF’s Global Financial Stability Report. Prior to joining the IMF Reinout worked in G-10 FX strategy at Lehman Brothers/Barclays. Other work experience includes assignments in the National Bank of Belgium, the European Central Bank and the Federal Reserve System. He holds an MSc in Economics from the London School of Economics and a PhD in Economics from Northwestern University.
