Reuben Ng

Dr. Reuben Ng is an Assistant Professor at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy. He is a behavioural and data scientist with 20 years of experience across government, consulting and research. His work across the health care value chain has been featured in prominent news outlets including The New York Times, The Guardian, The Washington Post, Forbes, BBC and CNN. He is the first Singaporean and Oxonian to win the International Fulbright Science and Technology Award, and the first from Asia to be honoured with the prestigious Harkness Fellowship in Health Care Policy and Practice since its inception in 1925. Since 2024, he has been ranked among the top 1 percent of scientists globally by Stanford.
