Roberta Vicente Barreras is a Multilateral Affairs Analyst at the Embassy of Spain in the United States, based in Washington, D.C., where she focuses on global development, innovation and international cooperation. She has led education and talent development programmes across Europe, including as Program Manager at Bizkaia Talent and Designer of the Deusto Social Innovation Programme.
Roberta has been an active member of the Global Shapers Community since 2020 and served as Curator of the Bilbao Hub, where she co-organized SHAPE Europe & Eurasia 2023. Her work sits at the intersection of innovation, inclusion and the future of learning.
