Saad A. Alowayyed serves as the General Manager of Quantum Technologies and Advanced Computing at King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST) in Saudi Arabia. Dr. Alowayyed's academic journey includes earning a PhD in computational science from the University of Amsterdam in 2018, followed by an MBA from Boston University by the end of 2022.
