Innovation-first purchasing at the city level can scale climate adaptation
Cities' budgets are often significant enough to move the needle on climate adaptation, but innovation-first procurement is essential to maximize impact.
I have a track record of delivering work that is accurate, engaging and agenda setting. In recent years I have worked at the heart of Whitehall, analysing and driving the implementation of one of Government's highest priority policies (Better Care Fund).
