Sang is health specialist at the World Bank office in Hanoi, where he has worked on healthcare waste management and healthcare quality improvement in since 2012. Previously he worked as a lecturer for an University and an expert for a health consulting firm. For more than 10 years, he has been providing policy advice and technical assistance to Government agencies to improve quality and protect environment in the health sector. Sang graduated from Hanoi Medical School with General Medicine Degree in 2001 and a Master of Public Health in 2003. He holds a Diploma in Hospital Management from Berlin School of Economics and Laws in 2008.
