I am a senior lecturer in Organisational Psychology and Head of the Organisational Psychology Group at Alliance Manchester Business School, University of Manchester. I am an Occupational Psychologist registered with the Health Professions Council; and a Chartered Psychologist recognised by the British Psychological Society.
