Simon Kent was elected to the Kearney Board of Directors in January 2025 and is a Senior Partner. Simon also leads Kearney’s global strategic relationship with the World Economic Forum.
He is the former Global Lead Partner for Financial Services and Chair of the Global Partner Selection Committee. He is based in the London office and has over 30 years’ experience working across the consulting market. He advises Board and Executive teams on major strategic transformations focused on growth, simplification and innovation. He is very proud to work with and alongside some of the best minds in consulting.
Simon is recognised as a team player, collaborative and passionate about delivering the best outcomes for clients. He is an active coach to emerging leaders, in both Kearney and clients, to support them on reaching their full potential.
Simon has received several awards and was included in the 2024 and 2022 Top 25 Financial Services Consultants and Leaders - a recognition for the entire Financial Services team at Kearney. He has authored a series of thought leadership articles, is a regular industry commentator and represents the firm at global events including Davos.
Simon is married with two children at University and enjoys spending time with family, travelling, and following sport.
