Toluwani is an award-winning tech entrepreneur and IT Project Manager passionate about edtech, youth empowerment, digital inclusion, and leadership development. Through Upsurge Foundation, an EdTech platform equipping students and educators with practical digital and employability skills, he has trained and mentored over 10,000 young people and reached more than 100,000 others across communities.

He currently leads the World Economic Forum’s Global Shapers Hub in Liverpool and has been celebrated by the Future Africa Awards, Under 30 CEO Awards, and the We Are Family Foundation (founded by Nile Rodgers) for his contributions to education, innovation, and leadership. Toluwani has shared his insights on global stages, including TEDx University of Chester, and remains dedicated to using technology and education to unlock opportunities for the next generation.
