How AI helps diplomats scale inclusion in global climate negotiations
If diplomacy is to stay a tool for peace, inclusion and progress, it must become more human, not in spite of AI, but with its support. May this tech help?
Tomy Lorsch is the CEO and founder of ComplexChaos, a Silicon Valley startup with the mission to help humanity cooperate at scale. This is backed by ReidHoffman's chaired Village Global and funded by Bill Gates, Jeff Bezos and Mark Zuckerberg, alongside angel investors, such as the co-founders of OpenGov, WhatsApp, Mural and Google Assistant. Lorsch built his last company to over 400 employees across 12 countries before it was acquired in 2022. He is now focused on reimagining how institutions align under pressure — across diplomacy, sustainability and enterprise transformation. As an angel investor he actively supports innovation in climate and mental health, with two IPOs. He is a Harvard Business School and Stanford University's AI for Good Institute alumni. He was born and raised in Buenos Aires and lives between San Francisco and Zurich.
