William Wiltshire

Partner, The Tomorrow Schools Group

William Wiltshire is a teacher examining what AI means for the profession and how school design itself might shape that answer. He is a Partner at The Tomorrow Schools Group, where he supports schools and school leaders in navigating the existential questions about the purpose of school as AI reshapes what it means to know and to learn. William spent four years at one of New York City's leading charter school networks, where he served as a senior grade team lead overseeing fifth- and sixth-grade teaching teams. The experience sharpened the question that drives his work: what does the role of the teacher entail when knowledge transfer by technology exceeds the capabilities of human teachers? He holds degrees from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and the University of Virginia.
