Ying Jie Tan

Senior Manager, Programmes Division, Singapore International Foundation

Ying Jie Tan is a Senior Manager, Programmes at the Singapore International Foundation (SIF), a non-profit organisation that strengthens ties between Singaporeans and global communities through collaboration in areas including climate, education, health and social development. At SIF, she leads the development and operations of the Southeast Asia Partnership for Adaptation through Water (SEAPAW), a regional platform advancing climate adaptation through a water lens. Her work focuses on convening partners, shaping narratives, and supporting the design of scalable adaptation projects across Southeast Asia.
Prior to this, she managed partnerships at SIF, strengthening engagement with corporate, community and regional partners to support programme growth and strategic priorities. She previously led the Capacity and Partnerships function at Daughters Of Tomorrow, working with corporates, foundations and community partners to empower women and families in vulnerable situations.
