Scheduling a work meeting? Try 15 minutes only

15 minutes is the fastest-growing block of time for meetings according to data from Microsoft Teams. 60% of scheduled meetings are now just a quarter of an hour. Since the shift to hybrid work, meetings have increased in many organizations. Compared with February 2020, people are in 3 times as many meetings and calls each week and spend an average of 2 days a week on meetings and emails alone. Too many meetings can impact our ability to get things done One study found a third of all meetings are unnecessary, another found that ‘inefficient meetings’ were the chief obstacle to getting things done.
