A recent study claims tackling air pollution could accelerate global warming. But it’s not that simple

Reuters analysis of data suggests cleaner air could hasten climate change as pollution particles in the air change clouds and sometimes reflect the sun’s energy back into space. But experts say it’s more complicated than that because there are many types of air pollutants, all of which are bad for our health and the ecosystems we depend on.
